I will never take my pup back to the PetSmart grooming at Easton. They gave her a terrible haircut and shaved her fur off without even calling us first. We clearly left instructions for them to de-mat her fur and groom her nicely, but they completely ignored it. A professional groomer should know how to handle matting properly, not just shave everything off. The lack of communication and disregard for our pup’s care was extremely disappointing. She came back looking nothing like herself, and we felt heartbroken. Very unprofessional service — I do not recommend this location at all. See photo, terrible haircut. Very very very bad job. I am not satisfied. I wanted to have refund and not going back there for grooming ever again.

I originally came here to get another parakeet as I had one that passed away & I didn't want my other one to get too depressed & lonely. Let's just say that I will only come here from now on for supplies & nothing else. They lady that was supposed to help us talked me out of getting another parakeet. Great customer service!!

We have experienced great accommodations at PetSmart. Max, our dog, loves the store as well. He especially loves picking out a new toy during our visit. One time, he helped pick out his bed, which happened to be on sale. When he was still a puppy, we signed him up for obedience classes. We are extremely pleased with the store staff. They are always very helpful. We also like the idea of having coupon perks.
