This review is for the black haired gentleman with the goatee at the register last night I'm sorry sir I don't remember your name I do apologize but I want to thank you for your great service last night me and my wife came in for some crickets and I ordered a cage for my gecko online I mentioned something about trying to get it pulled before close last night had less than 2 hours to fulfill my order and I just wanted to make sure I would get it that night well the gentleman did a great job letting us know that they would try to get it pulled as soon as possible next thing I know within 20 minutes I'm getting an email saying it's pulled My wife was super happy and my lizard couldn't be happier with his new habitat we love it and thank you all so much for the great service we always receive

Typical PetSmart. It is well stocked and clean. The cashier was the only employee I talked to. She was friendly. I haven't had a pet in a while. I just got a puppy, so I went in to get some puppy food. Their prices are higher than other places, so I didn't buy it from them. I did pick up a chew toy. My puppy loves it.

Thank you Jenna for always taking care of my fur baby! Jenna is so friendly, great with my pup, and always sends her back looking fabulous. Highly recommend booking a slot with her. Aside from grooming, great clean store and friendly cashiers!

The lady with the short brown hair in the small pets/reptile/fish area apparently has an issue with small children and does not need to be in retail. I would not recommend coming to this store if you have a toddler but if you do be prepared for her hateful looks and muttered comments. My child had just woken up from a nap and was a little upset, after a few minutes he was completely happy and back to normal but that did not stop her from her from still giving her hateful looks every single time we turned a corner in that area

From the time I walked into the store to the time I left, everyone was very pleasant, helpful and professional. One of the ladies even took extra time to help me find something that I was looking for and made sure that the ingredients would not affect my dog's allergies. This was a Great experience
