Vegas deserves a raise!! Thanks to everyone on the PetSmart team for all the help. You guys rock. Sometimes I have silly questions and yall answer it nicely everytime. I also like how I never have to wait too long in line. And the app is fantastic too.

I’ve taken my goldendoodle several times to PetSmart in Chester and the fees just keep adding up. Today was the first time that I got charged the “extended care fee,” since I was dropping my dog off at 10:30am (on my way to church) for his 12:30pm appt for them literally just to leave him in a kennel. The “special handling” fee was always ridiculous in my opinion also. He is a dog…is he really supposed to sit still to be bathed and groomed? Handling the dog during a bathing and grooming service should be included. Unfortunately since he is extremely loving and wants to play and gives kisses, I have to pay an extra fee for them to “handle” him. At these prices, I’ll just have a mobile service come to my home. That’s the last time I use PetSmart grooming services.

This has been my go-to pet store in Chester for several years, and the store has always been responsive to requests, making sure not to run out of the cat litter I usually buy, for example. I had a problem during a recent visit and Alyssa was *so* helpful in resolving the issue.

They are often out of their own brand, viva la kitty, which is the only reason I go. Its not a very pleasant shopping experience and their prices are too high compared to amazon and the grocery store. The dry Fancy Feast is $2 cheaper at the grocery store. I expect lower prices or at least comparable prices. So I order "ship to me" bc that's the only way you'll get what you need, they'll always be out of things if you do same day delivery (door dash) or go to the store, closest stores to me are 15 freaking miles. Home delivery they charge $5.99. So ridiculous these days. They are owned by Chewy (or vice versa) so why not free delivery over $50? Why not allow Chewy to carry viva la kitty. Comparable items on Amazon for less. And free delivery.

This parking lot is so difficult to get in and out of, that i decided to order online. The sale was buy three get two free, but i guess that didn't apply to online, even though the terms and conditions didn't specify in store only.
