We been there to buy a hamster . The good part is that we found an hamster and pretty much everything we needed for him. They had only 2 options on small size Hamsters(unfortunately) But: I would say they don’t have the best options on cages, (the one they have are pretty cheap made,breakable). The food,bedding and the rest from the must have list we were able to find. The ladies who helped us were very nice.

**THEY CUT MY DOGS EAR/ PICKED UP AT VET** Dropped off my dog at 10:30am, called in at 1:30pm they said to give them another hour. Got a call at 2:30pm stating my dog was at Banfield because the groomer "Lala" snipped his ear! My dog is a very calm 10 year old shih tzu, it's one thing for them to have him there all day but to cut his ear to the point where I have to pick him up at the vet is insane. also given he causes ZERO issues. Manager was very apologetic but when i arrived at Banfield associate who took my dog didn't even acknowledge me or apologized or anything she just quickly left. I tried calling Petsmart back more than 5 times but none of my calls were answered. Ridiculous. DO NOT GROOM HERE !! his hair wasn't even cut or washed properly when picked up. I can’t even explain how outraged I am by this grooming dept. I brought my older dog that’s 11 in the other day. For a simple bath and brush. To bring her home and she’s only not fully dry, but almost razored burned and bleeding from under her neck. That has now turn into an infection with hair loss more blood and puss. I will be pursuing legal action to that groomer and PetSmart for this and all the vet bills. My dog is SO hurt she can’t even move without being in pain. I have lots of photos and doctor visit notes explaining the cause. This is not over. This company will be pay as much as it takes to get her better. I’m not messing around with my dogs well being when the groomers should take better care of the animals!!

Usually love this place for grooming my dog but they left cotton balls in his ears. I know mistakes happen so just leaving this here for a gentle reminder

From afar it looked like a great cut got home examined my puppy, thanked the groomer while picking him up. But (DESTINY)she dang near cut my puppy privates off he is red, inflamed and hurting. I hated I couldn’t get in with Liz. But Destiny needs to not work there, uneven and way to close to my babies skin. I’m highly upset with her service. It seems a lot of playing goes on at the grooming center. Unacceptable and unprofessional cutters. Liz seems the only hope for that place.
