The customer service is fine, what’s not is how the fish are treated. I recently bought one and out of curiosity tested the water. I have genuinely never seen the Ammonia and Nirate go up so high. The poor girl I got almost didn’t make it through the night. Luckily she’s fine now. Any time I go there I just see dead fish in those tanks, which I understand happens, but the frequency of it shows that no one’s checking on them to pull.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this store involving an employee named Tammy. I was looking for an item that the website showed as in stock. When I asked her for assistance, she responded dismissively and loudly insisted the item was out of stock without checking. When I showed her the online listing, her attitude became even more hostile, and she made unrelated assumptions that had nothing to do with my request. After I pointed out her tone, she reluctantly went to the area and discovered the item was indeed there. Only then did she contact another staff member, who confirmed its location. Brandon went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. When the item wasn’t available, he ordered it for me and kept me updated. He even called me right away when it arrived. Super friendly, professional, and attentive. Really appreciate the great service!

Told me they only sell hamsters to breeders or someone with a picture of a pre-set up 40 gallon tank, despite my understanding and knowledge of hamsters, owing hamsters and having extra cage and supplies in my cart ready to purchase. I’ve never been made aware of this policy when purchasing my last hamsters.

Horrible customer service! The staff has been rude to me on multiple occasions. I have spent thousands here on my animal. Will only be doing online ordering in the future.
