The groomers are very caring and patient. The only complaint I have is that I wish they had a better set up for drop off and pick up. It a small area, you have your pet on a leash pulling and smelling while your trying to sign consent forms and answer questions, same for pick up. It would be nice to have a separate room to pick up and drop off, it gets crazy with other customers all in one area. I also think more benches outside of Dog Groomers while waiting.
when I signed up, I told him that the entire plan was $400 dollars deferred for one year and it hasn't even been two months and they have already discounted almost $200. In addition, they plan to deduct $39 dollars each month, which is unfair because if I multiply it by 12, the registration fee is too much. In this place my cat got fleas and since I complained about them on the next visit they made me buy a treatment for her. There they prepare the "medicines" and get additional money for everything.
The workers here are nice and really seem to care about the animals that come through. It is not the cheapest veterinarian I have been to, but they do CareCredit which is a big plus. Because it is attached to PetSmart, animals that are a bit scared of other people and animals could struggle here, so that is something to consider. They do schedule late appointments (out to 6pm I believe) which is really nice for after work.
They did an excellent job taking care of my Bear throughout his life 💙. I really appreciate the warmth and love that he got. I'm sad he's gone now but for the 11 years he was with me they provided great service.
My dog Truman just loves going there everyone there is so nice and friendly and very helpful
