I bring in my 4 dogs a few times a week. The lady who checks us out is so nice, shes got really curly black hair ( wish I could remember her name), she goes out of her way to always make us feel welcome. Actually every person who I've interacted with there is always so kind. A few days ago a gentleman went to the back & got us some ear medicine for my great dane, He took his time explaining how to use it. Today when we went in the girl with the curly hair said "You're all back!- How did the ear medicine work?" It was so sweet she remembered & cared. Great employees there!

I bring my dogs here for grooming and, now that they have a vet, that too. They always do a great job with my Pomeranian. This was after her Valentine's day visit.

2½ hrs and he was unfinished, people were incredibly rude thru the whole process, I brought in my own furminator shampoo and conditioner (that the kept) and this is what my son looked like by the time I got him home

I usually buy my dog food here, Wellness, though I can buy it Adonis anywhere. I am new to AZ, and neded to get my dogs up to date on their shots. I ended up coming here, other vets were not taking new patients or other reasons. I highly do not recommend PetSmart . Waiting time to be seen is stupid. Waiting on the "exam room" is ridiculous. When they are ready to do the exam, they want to take your dogs out of the "exam room" without your presence. They try to upsell you on medications and food products and I do not find their pricing fair. Its acutely kind of high. Need a new vet.
