As Snowbirds, we hadn't established a Vet for our two senior dogs. We were thrilled to be seen this afternoon when one of our sweeties couldn't put any weight on his foot. The staff was friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Even with an exam and xray, we were in and out in no time. He's feeling better already. We've definitely found our Arizona vet clinic!

Had my dog seen a few months ago for an emergency. we initially had an issue because I had left a negative review about a previous visit I had and they told me that I would no longer be allowed to bring my dog there. I talked to a manager and we got it situated and they allowed to me to bring my dog in. I called today to make a tech appointment and who I talked to on the phone was absolutely rude and condescending. She said that there was another bad review left (there was not) and the notes on my account were obviously never taken off the last time. She refused to let me schedule my dog an appointment for something that didn’t even happen and was not true I did not leave 2 negative reviews but now I am! Good thing my dog just needed a tech appointment I’ll take my money to somewhere else.

We love the staff here! They are always amazing with our great Dane. He is always willing to go with them when they take him to the back, and they are patient with him when his is not wanting to do what is needed. Dr. Kasper and the staff is patient with the humans to. I ask all the questions and get them answered with out feeling judged or obligated to do something due to an opinion of someone else!

No waiting at all. Got right in to a room. Staff so very nice and helpful. Dr Kasper went over all options and we made a plan. All potential options were discussed and a price given for each should we decide to go forward. Very nice experience.

I spent all morning calling vets and vet urgent cares looking to get my 13 week old kitten in for a possible cold. Not only did they get me in that day but they were very clear about why my kitten was experiencing symptoms and clear about the treatment plan. I decided to make them my primary care provider for Draco going forward. Draco is already feeling better 24 hours later, thank you!
