Great experience at PetSmart. I made a grooming appointment for my two Yorkies and they always do a great job. My boy is not easy to cut, but somehow they manage to handle him and still make him look great every time. The staff is patient and clearly knows what they’re doing. It’s also really convenient because after the grooming appointment I can grab all of our pet food and supplies in the same stop. Always a smooth and easy experience. 🐶✂️🛒

Had our puppy groomed, and purchased a few treats. The staff are friendly. The grooming wasn't the best, but definitely not the worst.

Stephanie is absolutely the best and will always have a special place in my heart. She trained my Yorkie 10 years ago and then currently trains my two Australian shepherds. My blue Merle Aussie Jade does private classes and Stephanie is able to work with her fear reactivity while no other trainer wanted to tackle Jade’s behavioral issues. It has taken a lot of blood, sweat, tears, time, effort and love to get to where Jade is now but Stephanie never says no to trying. Jade loves Stephanie and so do I. If you’re ever thinking about signing up for training classes here, I highly recommend signing up with Stephanie. Marissa is also is very friendly & knowledgeable and Jade is slowly starting to remember and appreciate her since Marissa is very patient. Petsmart is very fortunate to have them

I take my dog to get groomed here. I’ve had good luck with Meghan A and Daisy. It is very inconvenient to not be able to pay at the grooming studio. I pick up my dog when she’s finished, give a tip to the groomer, and take the receipt to the front to stand in line to pay. Very inconvenient when I’m holding an already nervous dog and waiting in line. Other than that I’m happy with the groomers.

Be warned: DO NOT GROOM YOUR DOG HERE. Worst grooming experience that my dog has ever had. The groomers do not listen, they are untrained, and they left my dog looking absolutely awful. I would never recommend this place for grooming. It is absolutely awful that such inexperienced groomers are allowed to work there. -1000 / 10 experience and overall. Customer service was awful as well, I did not feel heard. I had a gut feeling not to leave my dog there when dropping him off, and I should have listened.
