Omg I very upset and never again. They butchered my Maltese. She’s only 5 months and that’s her first grooming appointment. She was a little bit matted on her body but not the head where she had long hair and they chopped that off saying it was matted and it was most definitely not.. I am very unhappy and she’s never going back to them 😡😡before and after

We have been bringing our dog for grooming here for the last 2 years. Yesterday, the groomer absolutely destroyed his beautiful long coat. He is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel with amazing long hair. The groomer literally ran a trimmer all over his body - random places near the ear, trimmed everything from his rear, totally trimmed his front mane, made his tail shorter. It all looks disproportionate now - as if someone sheared him like a sheep. My gf wanted to cry after I brought him back. This is absolutely despicable to hire random employees with no expertise and charge $90. Never returning to this place for grooming ever again - you 100% lost a customer, pretty sure that won’t make a difference. Owners please ensure you only stick with your trusted groomer.

If I could give the groomers a negative star rating I would. Not only were they rude when we brought our Yorkie puppy in, they called us after 30 min to let us know that they had “cut” his ear and he was now in the pet ER. We spoke to the vet and they told us that they had cut off a 1/4 inch off the top of his ear. When we went to the ER to get him, we also saw that they had been rough around the edges as well. His ear won’t grow back. He’s a puppy. It was so traumatic overall. They tried to make it better by offering up a pet bed with useless holiday toys. Never send your dog to petsmart groomers.

If you’re looking for a sign not to bring your dogs to the pet hotel here it is. Both my dogs stayed here and both developed rashes on their stomachs. I contacted costumer service and got a call from the manager whom I like and had overall good interactions with. Nonetheless, I don’t know how clean the “hotel” is and I don’t think the dogs staying are treated very well. This is a week after healing fyi. Be cautious and look for a different place to board your dogs.

A cool place to browse and look at the cats and baby fish. They have free WiFi and seats to perch on, a lifesaver when I was visiting the area and trying to find my way.
