Manger was extremely rude and hostile against a cash refund because my debit card I used to make the purchase had expired this month and the card numbers on my new card were new of course. REFUSED ME A CASH REFUND even though that’s the policy in their own receipts and was treating me like I was trying to scam them or something when I had everything in the bag with my receipt! I was extremely polite and met with this behavior. She didn’t even want to give me a store gift card had an attitude about that as well.

I want to give a big thank you to the store manager, Nikki O. for the way she handled an issue I had. She was professional, calm, and really took the time to listen and help resolve everything without making it stressful. What stood out the most was her kindness and humanity. She genuinely cared, treated me with respect, and made sure I felt heard, not rushed or dismissed. That personal approach made a huge difference. It’s not often you meet someone who is both great at their job and truly a good human being. She turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience, and I really appreciate her help.

The store is always clean, well-organized, and fully stocked, which makes finding what I need quick and easy. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely eager to help without being pushy — a balance that’s harder to find than you’d think. Whether I’m picking up supplies, browsing new products, or asking questions about pet care, I always feel supported and respected as a customer. I also appreciate their frequent deals and rewards program, which actually provide real value. Overall, PetSmart continues to be my go-to for reliable service, quality products, and a smooth shopping experience. Highly recommended.

Today, our two dogs went in for grooming at 10:30 a.m., right at their scheduled appointment time. However, no matter how long we waited, we never received a call to pick them up. When I finally called at 4:20 p.m., I was told they would be finished in about 30 minutes. Normally, even when both dogs are groomed, it takes at most around four hours, but today it took much longer than that. I wasn’t very happy about it, but since I’m currently sick, I tried to think positively and let it go. However, we didn’t receive the pickup call until 5:30 p.m., and no one offered even a single apology. Our dogs were confined there for nearly seven hours, which made me feel so sorry for them, and I was extremely upset by the way the staff treated their customers.

I went in to buy some fish today. While browsing, i overheard a woman yelling and walked towards the comotion. I saw the manager shouting and being rude with another worker in their office. The girl being yelled at was the one that usually helps me with getting fish and I think the other woman is the manager. she's been short and rude to me many times but i had no idea that she treats her employees this way too. That girl needs a raise for putting up with that kind of boss and still being as nice as she always is. And that manager needs a reality check. Petsmart do better! I dont think I can shop here after what I saw today.
