had a great experience at PetSmart with my dog Milo’s grooming! Alex does an amazing job ..she was patient, kind, and made Milo feel comfortable the whole time. He came out looking adorable and smelling fresh. I really appreciate the care and attention she gave him. Thank you, Alex! Highly recommend her for everyone!! She’s very patient with him no one groomer would accept Milo but she did And we appreciate her dearly !!!

Arielle was the person who took care of my baby girl. My puppy and I had a horrible experience at another location, which I gave my review on that situation. I took a chance to use another location and recommendations told me to go to this one and I am so happy that I did. I was very nervous when I dropped my puppy off because of the horrible experience that my puppy went through before.Arielle and the staff at this location made me feel very comfortable from the moment I walked in with my puppy. They listened to my concerns and I feel like they took that in to account when I left my baby with them. When I got the call to pick her up, I was so excited to see her. When my baby walked out the back room and I saw her I was extremely happy with the outcome. For me it wasn’t just about the hair

Not really to happy. I came three times to get me dogs nails done. 1st time was the day of his shots. My bad. I didn’t know 2nd time had an appointment, they said it was to busy to get my pup bc he wouldn’t get on the table he was scared. 3rd time scheduled an appointment for today. His ears weren’t done, his nails weren’t done. And said he was an express and the only dog in there. However he wasn’t there were 3 other dogs. We spent $60 for nothing basically when asked about the cost I was told it’s because of his breed, the time of year and bc it’s an express. I’m pretty upset and might try a different location but definitely won’t go back to this one!

After moving from south towns, my Oliver had his first visit at this PetSmart on Elmwood. He looked great when I picked him up. The store looked very clean, staff was friendly, and groomers were welcoming.
