My uncle brought his dog here than the dog wasnt putting pressure on her back leg ive since than taken ownership of her her leg is fine she's been to banfield for checkups twice since than I made the appointment for her to get groomed they said she couldn't come because of her leg so explained her leg was fine she said ok we'll look her over and if it looks good we will take it off her account than call to double check her appointment time she says same thing I told her what the first lady said she says oh ok than hangs up calls back few minutes later n says supervisor says they need paper from vet the vet mind u is right next to them so I ask to speak to supervisor I told him she's had a check up he said to bring her and the check ip was fine now I get there now the check up paper isn't

The staff was great, friendly, kind and did a awesome job with my two kittens.

I truly love coming to shop at the St Charles Rock Rd location I'm here so often they have become my friends even Jen the cute little cashier always makes me smile and truly makes my experience great She knows lots of stuff about pets and is always very informative and helpful Love you Jen You're alright with me❤️❤️

DO NOT come to this location!!! i took my 3 year old cockapoo to this location for a grooming where he was physically assaulted by Allissa M, me and mom watched her aggressively snap scissors in my dogs face because he was nervous then she pushed my dog head aggressively TWICE. my dog is a very loving and friendly dog who’s been groomed multiple times and he did not deserve to be treated like that under no circumstances, me and my mom made a complaint to the manager and instead of checking Allissa M behavior he BANS us from coming there which is perfectly fine because the services sucks anyways but it’s the principle of things. Pet smart needs better staff they don’t care about animals at all this is a HORRIBLE location to come too, and to anyone that goes to this location do not let Allis

The attendant Jen is beyond amazing. Informative and helpful as they come. I was able to find what I didn't even know I needed with her help.
