By far the most incompetent people at the Banfield I went to! I went for an allergic reaction my dog had and they told me he had heart worms. There was a temp doctor there that day. They said the regular dr would get ahold of me in 3 days to go over treatment options. I kept calling and calling; it took a month before anyone finally responded by email it was brief she gave me a price of 1200-1400 for treatment then gave me 900… I asked multiple times can you email me a detailed estimate no one could seem to send me that! Since I needed that to try to get a grant or subsidy to help with costs! Then randomly a 1 1/2 months later someone called me from the office trying to tell me he needs to come in for blood work and a Xray so I needed to get on a plan! I said what?? I love Banfield, the Doctors are great. They're very thorough and truly understand the relationships between their pets and their owners. Everyone is very helpful and friendly.

I absolutely love my pets care team. I know my Blue is a lot to handle but they assured me that she is in the very best hands and I don't worry any time I have to bring her in. This past visit she underwent anesthesia and I knew she would receive the best care! Going home she was quite out of it but we made it safely. Bridgeton Banfield really ROCKS!!!
