I couldn’t be happier with the grooming results for Amina and Mtoto today! After a previous bad experience at the Smyrna location, I was skeptical about returning to PetSmart, but Trina and Shari completely changed my mind with the services that we received today at the Brentwood location. They were absolutely wonderful...from check-in to check-out. Mtoto’s first professional haircut is precious, and Amina looks like a total diva that she knows that she is. Thank you both for taking such great care of my babies—we will definitely be back in 6–8 weeks so I hope they didn't wear you out🐾💕🐾

Went to get a nail trim. Paid full price for the service. They only did his back feet and not the front. Still kept the full payment for half the service. Would recommend others to save their money by going somewhere more professional.

The grooming team took great care of my girl Cocoa. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Even when checking out, they helped us find great coupons and gave advice on products.

Went today at 6:45 to get a refund on my online order, not taken out of store yet. Needed partial refund, cashier was nice and helpful, but manager was rude, unhelpful, denied cash refund even though it had been established as an option. Overall, a pretty nasty experience for such a small inconvenience.

This store consistently provides excellent service! We are there about once a week and have always been treated with respect and patience. Because of our extensive collection of animals, we require the very best in products and services to ensure that they remain healthy and happy. We're grateful for the folks are PetSmart.
