Dr. Butts is amazing! She’s cared for all 3 of our dogs. We had one that passed away young. He had a condition that we went to 3 vets trying to get help with. We finally found her & she was so helpful. Her thinking outside of the box and working with us gave us an extra year with him. She’s one of those special vets that you know your pet is going to get the best care.

Dr. Ledman and the entire Carothers Parkway Veterinary Clinic staff are top notch! I have 3 dogs (2 seniors with complex medical needs), and we are there A LOT, so let’s just say I’m an expert witness! Dr. Ledman is kind, transparent, proactive, fair, and best of all—compassionate. This was my first visit here with my first puppy and the staff were phenomenal! They took exceptional care of my girl. Kristy and Josh were very friendly and made the process super easy! Dr.Rye was exceptional, he answered all the questions I had and even sent me home with a guide with all the new puppy info. My puppy felt safe and relaxed the entire visit. I had been a customer of Carothers Parkway Veterinary Clinic for 18 plus years. Recently, they contacted me that my cat was overdue for a general wellness check and senior blood work. So I scheduled a Saturday appointment to get those done. The Friday afternoon before the Saturday appointment they called to tell me that my cat did not need the services that they had previously told me that my cat was overdue for. I asked if I could still bring my cat in for a general wellness check and to get some assistance with some grooming needs that I am unable to do myself since it requires two people ( trimming claws, hygiene cut, cutting out mats that are too close to the skin). Grooming that never caused them a concern before in the prior 18 years. They told me that their vet staff would not
