Went in to look at the kitties for my family, and they said unless you’re adopting today they won’t let you in to see them. I feel deflated honestly. How are you supposed to know which cat is compatible with your family if you can’t see them? Just meh experience.

If I could leave a review lower than one star I would. The animal husbandry is DIABOLICAL. I am an expert in reptile husbandry and I’m appalled. They had several bearded dragons in one tank, one is all there should be. Multiple crested geckos in one, which causes fighting. Tiny enclosures. A chameleon that is way too small to be sold. They tried to say there’s “one too many” bearded dragons. They also tried to say “oh there’s only two crested geckos in there”. *This is animal neglect and abuse.*I have never seen a store treat animals this poorly. The fish were so overcrowded. I am beyond disappointed and disgusted. The “live animals” were dead.

I came here after picking up my new puppy to get some flea treatments for our current animals. Every employee we encountered was so friendly both to us and our pup! They offered advice on what we could use and even offered training! Unfortunately we live quite a bit away. But if you can the employees working here are someone I would 1000% trust with my pup!

This specific store has a really bad ich problem with their fish. The first time I bought a fish there with ich was in October, I brought home a bristle nose pleco who later died from the disease. I had to return my goldfish I bought the same day because he had it and was lethargic, I was afraid I couldn’t treat him in time as a very new beginner to having fish. Every time I’ve come into the store since then, the pleco tank has lots of visible white spots. For some reason, I thought it would be okay to buy some kuhli loaches from a different tank but they ended up all developing ich after bringing them home just a couple weeks ago (into a brand new tank with all new decor and filters etc. there was no cross contamination on my end)

I wouldn't recommend buying an aquarium there, or anything expensive for that matter. Today I purchased a Aquaclear AC110 filter for my aquarium, and expected a new item. What I got looks like someone kicked it down about 2 miles of highway and then put it back in the box. This will be the last purchase of more than $10 I make in this store. You can literally see the marks where someone installed this on their aquarium. This is not new.
