I have taken my pets there since it first opened. It is a wonderful place to be a part of. Feels like family. Dr Young is so kind and gentle with my dog and explains everything to keep me informed. I trust her completely. I highly recommend Dr Young and this vet office.

Most always a pleasure, a few visits were questionable I know I have questionable dogs but the people they have now are absolutely amazing but I also have a new dog that's maybe not so questionable. They treat us like gold and very reasonable. Definitely I would recommend them over any other office in bowling Green. Being an old house lots of creepy noises going on behind closed doors. I know it's an old building I'm being picky and just thinks I've noticed with my service dogs. Old houses definitely creepy. Close doors I know HIPAA laws require them to shut the door, My prosthetic doctor was the first one to tell me that we have to shut the door but as soon as I leave you can open it. I'm babbling. This is the best animal clinic / veterinary I've ever been to. Every member of their staff is respectful, caring, and compassionate. I'd go as far as labeling this place the 'Cheers' of vet clinics! It's a place where everyone knows your name, your pets names, and they make you feel at home as soon as you walk in their doors. I could not recommend this place enough! Thank you all for everything you do day in and day out!

We've been regulars for years, with two dogs and two cats. We love the staff. The furry ones do too, they don't even get nervous about trips to the vet! Highly recommended

Very rude receptionist. Hung up in the middle of asking a question. To my thought it was an accident, no problem and call back. The same lady picks up the phone and acts clueless to the conversation we had less than 60 seconds ago regarding a serious issue for my pet. Very frustrating experience.
