I left my dog to get a service of bath and brush with furminator. Our first experience at Petsmart grooming salon and it was awful, the service when you arrive is rude and it feels that they don’t care about the costumer. When I went to pick up my dog they charged me 10 more dollars for an extra brushing and they did not let me see my dog until after I payed. They did a horrible job brushing my dog, it looked the same way as before, they did not trim the nails or the paw fur (both services were supposedly included). In conclusion horrible job and horrible service, I do not recommend to take your dog here.

Good supply of everything. Wonderful! Great employees. All kinds of cool and fun things to look at and buy for our pets. Loved looking at the adoption kitties! Beautiful babies! So good to be able to donate a stuffy for Christmas gift, at checkout. Thanks guys!

The fish and other animals are treated horribly, I reported it to both employees working the night shift and they proceeded to take the fish and just moved it to the back and proceeded to do nothing! The employees were two women, both brunette, one with glasses and a ponytail and another one with her hair down with a grey shirt! Completely unacceptable. We proceeded to ask to if we could purchase a snail and they said come back another time because it was too late but it was an hour before closing, they again proceeded to do nothing! DO NOT COME HERE.

Though difficult to watch an old barky hound nearly five days a week, the guys did awesome. Wanted to thank Connor and the entire Daycamp team for making Tessa’s last few months enjoyable.

Boulder location - Ashleigh B. gave my very (very) energetic golden a wonderful bath. The grooming staff are sticklers on vaccines, which I appreciate. Good product selection. You can save money on some items by trucking it to Tractor Supply, but it's great to have something in downtown Boulder. I'm a bird person, and the birds I've seen are in appropriately-sized enclosures with sufficient toys, which is comforting to see. I've never seen floaters in the fish tanks, which indicates care and attention.
