My senior doggie has been getting groomed here by Brett and I absolutely appreciate the great job he does and his pleasant demeanor. You can tell he enjoys what he does! The front end staff are always friendly and the store itself is clean and well stocked. This isn't the nearest pet store to my home but I make the drive because it is our store of choice.

The worst customer service experience I’ve had in a while and I won’t be going back to this store. I came in for certain cat items. I needed help finding 2 things… I found 2 lady employees on the same isle and asked both for help finding what I needed. The younger lady told me one of the items they absolutely did not carry and the other was a few isles down, the other older lady looked at my coupons and pointed me to the treats and the coupon I had was for the food option in that brand. You could tell she was a little frustrated and I told them both I would just find the items on my own and the older lady said OK and both let me walk away in frustration but still a positive attitude. The live super worms are good quality, big and live longer than most. The team that works here are always friendly, helpful and know the product very well. I love this location and always have a pleasant experience. Thank you!

first time getting my pet groomed here, it was terrible. my dog was still wet. would not recommend pet coming here. If there are new groomers, I strongly recommend them not being alone, and being with someone who is trained.

Staff is nice and willing to assist if I get lost looking for something. Last visit i left paid for items at the register by accident. Went back 4 days later and it was at customer service waiting on me. Thanks
