Our Pyrenees and Pyrador go here. Their big dog vet did both my girl’s spays one year apart. She visited with us about the pros and cons of doing spays before and after first heat cycle. She took her time and answered all my questions. We opted to let them get as big as possible and still try to beat that first cycle. Zara ended up having her spay done while she was in heat. The next year we had Belle, we got her in beforehand. Both my girls were over 65 pounds when they had surgery. Recovery was quick! Trying to keep them still the next day was nearly impossible. I love this Vet Clinic. The staff and the doctors really care about my dogs. They are compassionate and take time to explain procedures. I have been able to get in for emergencies. I trust them. They are also reasonably priced.

Dr. McCallum is absolutely the best. She takes her time, makes sure you have a complete understanding of what is going on with your pet and is always happy to answer all your questions even if it's a million. You can tell she really loves all animals and what she does. She saved our cats life by correctly diagnosing his illness and we will forever be grateful.

Everyone was very helpful and understanding! The vet brought in another vet for a 2nd opinion just to make sure everyone was on the same page. It made me feel very confident with everything! They were all very kind and I’m happy with my experience!

The staff at BVC were a great comfort as we learned our beloved kitty was very ill, much more than we'd known. They reassured us that cats are champions at hiding sickness and so it wasn't unusual that his ongoing playfulness, hearty appetite, and generally healthy appearance wasn't a surprise despite his growing internal disease as he aged. He was eased out his pain and spared worse problems to come as his condition became worse for him and his quality of life declined completely. The veterinarian was honest and treated him and us with compassion, and we're very grateful for her and all who work to help animals and pet owners at BVC.
