PetSmart

The vet there got my precious dog in quickly for an ear infection. I didn't like that I had to leave her there to be seen but with such short notice im just thankful she was cared for. Shes doing so much better. Thank you Dr. And staff.

I went to PetSmart today and booked my dog in for a grooming -bath and haircuts, and he came out looking good. He had terrible matting and the girl who did his grooming, Angel C, I think her name is Did an excellent job. Customer service was exceptional and we felt very welcome in here. Will be definitely coming here again. Another thing is that the place was really clean and didn’t smell of dog which when we went to Petco it was an awful experience so I will be coming to PetSmart again.

I do NOT recommend anyone take their Dog to this place. I took my 20 pound Shih Tzu and his haircut was so uneven and messed up all around. The face was too short and not at all what I asked for. I was told it would take 3 to 4 hours, at the four hour mark I called to check on the status and they told me it would be another hour and a half or so, I still hadn’t heard anything so I decided to go to the store . As soon as I walked in, I asked and they said he was ready to go. Were they just too lazy to call me? my poor dog seemed very afraid and wanted to get out of there ASAP. Normally he isn’t like that at the groomers. This was our first time here definitely will be our last.

Always well stocked, and the staff are so kind and they really love the animals that come in to be sold or just to visit the staff or make new friends. My dogs love to go in to see the staff. They spoil the heck out of them and they love it. Thank you for making Pet Smart a positive loving experience and a place were our pets feel at home. Thank you!

I had to buy my dog and cat food for the month (BIG dog and a pushy cat) and the store was clean, quiet, stocked well, and every product was faced and easy for a 65yr old lady to reach. The clerk who checked my order out was friendly and answered my question about a product easily. Chatted with me the whole time he was scanning my order and made sure I received the discount I was entitled too. Overall a wonderful place to take your pet and let them choose their own toy or biscuit!
