PetSmart

The grooming salon does a fantastic job each time I have taken my puppy there. I am always very nervous about leaving my puppy alone but everyone there that I have met is so wonderful and sweet. I choose Haley for my puppy’s(peanut) grooming services and she does a great job. They are also pretty time efficient. So overall I definitely recommend because fair prices, great staff, great work, clean, and they work quickly! Very impressed by this place!!

I get my dogs food from here as well as his baths. The prices are high in my opinion, and getting the food my dog eats is a crap shoot if it's in stock. I love all the staff in the store and my dog likes them as well. One out of two ain't bad

Mark M Was outstanding I came into the store with the Uber order. He helped me with an uber order an A order for myself within five minutes he is an amazing employee. He deserves a manager position. I really hope you guys give it to him because he’s very dedicated to PetSmart. It’s very hard out here to find good customer service and me and another older customer agreed with each other and we both spoke with the supervisor that was on shift and said that he had outstanding service. You guys need more people like him to run your business cause customer service goes a long way. I really appreciated him and I will be going back to that PetSmart and I will be requesting for him, so please show him some recognization for his great performance.

Wish they carried more Seachem products. Wish they had more Seachem products. Seachem Stability is like $14.99 for a large bottle. But I can get the same bottle for somewhere else for $12.49 🤷🏾‍♀️ My only suggestion would for PetSmart to hire people who actually own pets. 🤷🏾‍♀️ And each store should have the same policy. I won't say what the main issue is with PetSmart . Because it's really the fault of the local one I deal it. I've lost 6 fish and only been reimbursed for 3. They do not have the staff to adequately monitor the fish tanks at all. No way I should be coming in after 6 pm and dead fish are covering the intake of the filter in my opinion. You can easily wipe out an entire tank like that. I WILL never purchase another fish here. Unless I am prepared to quarantine for 2 or mor

Mariah and Sandra are bomb when it comes to costumer service. From the door they made sure me and my new buddy Rocko had the attention we needed. Mariah went above and beyond to make me Rock feel special. I was literally in tears at check out from the love that was shown. Definitely a five star experience.
