First time taking my dog to the groomers. He’s a very anxious and shy dog it came out so well and they were well with him! (I was watching through the glass lol) would recommend!

On the last day of my trip, I received a call informing me that Tigger had been involved in a so-called “scuffle.” What followed was a devastating and entirely preventable situation. After contacting multiple managers and receiving conflicting explanations, it was ultimately confirmed that a significantly larger dog was placed with the smaller dogs in the play area during boarding. Staff observed my dog attempting to hump the larger dog, behavior that should have resulted in immediate separation. Despite this being seen by staff, no action was taken, and the dogs were allowed to remain together. As a direct result of this negligence, the larger dog attacked

On August 11, 2025, at 5:55 PM, I visited this PetSmart location and had a very disappointing experience with one of the employees. I knew I had two rewards accounts and explained this to her after my points didn’t scan. I specifically asked if she could check my iCloud account instead of my Gmail account. She told me “no,” even though I’ve worked at PetSmart before and know for a fact this can be done. Her attitude was dismissive, and instead of making any effort to help, she just stared at me with a rude expression. It was clear she didn’t want to do her job or assist me. I’m glad I was mature enough not to cause a scene, but this behavior was unacceptable and unprofessional. PetSmart should address this issue so customers can receive the service they deserve.
