Customer Reviews
We took our 9 year old cat to get groomed for the first time Monday. We usually do it ourselves. But we thought we would treat our cat to a spa day as we call it. And Petsmart did an awesome and outstanding job. Megan was our groomer and she did an excellent job doing what was needed. Our cat spent about 2 hours there and was treated like a queen! We will for sure go back!
I go there for their dog toys. I have two Rottweilers that destroy the average toy in minutes. They have such a wide array of options. I like to have the ability to see and feel the toys to see if I think they will last. It is now my go-to place for dog toys and treats.
They have recently remodeled there fish tanks and they seem to have achieved much higher survival rates as far as im concerned with transport and overall healthiness in my tanks the employees are higherd for "politically correct" reasons and not there skills or knowledge it seems but the ones i delt with were definitely helpful and friendly !
I’ve came here twice now. First time his nails were fine but hardly even looked like he got trimmed and didn’t even smell like he got a bath. 2nd time I go and they cut his nail extremely deep leaving him bleeding everywhere and in severe pain. I understand cutting the nail is common but my 2 experiences here have been extremely disappointing.
There is a large variety of products to choose from, though holding this large inventory means the prices are higher. Today’s visit to shop for engrave-your-own dog tags was a big disappointment, however. We needed a few unexpressed expletives plus an associate’s patient assistance at the engraving kiosk to get the job done. Your rental of this machine with out of date software is costing you customers.
