Our first visit was today, one of our skinny pigs needed some attention, turned out to be bumble foot. Extremely happy with the service we received. We have 30+ animals so Atlas will now be our first call for any needs when our reg vet is closed. Every staff member was very nice, visit went as expected, walked out the door with medicine for our pig to get him healed up. Thank you for the amazing care, above & beyond.

Today I went in to have my dog put down due to cancer. This is a difficult situation to deal with. The staff were so kind and caring to not only my dog bandit but to me as well. They made a room cozy for the 2 of us to go in and when the better room became available we were brought in. Bandit passed away peacefully with the soft blanket on a couch. Thank you to all the staff that supported me through this difficult time. They made a horrible situation a little easier.

I brought my senior cat, Molly, to Atlas for what I suspected was a UTI. I didn't call ahead, but they assured me my cat could be seen. I was somewhat emotional and they were reassuring and kind. The vet tech was sweet and the vet was so kind and thorough. The office and exam room was clean, warm and inviting. The care my girl received was superior and incredibly, the vet texted me the next day to see how Molly was doing. By far, the best vet I've ever taken an animal to for care.

I brought my 5 year old Kitty there for an emergency visit. I suspected she was having vertigo (she was falling when she’d walk and would not eat or drink) they took her in and 5 mins later she was handed back to me and I was told it’s “definitely not vertigo, it’s neurological.” I was told there was nothing they could do, she needed to be seen at the bigger places like Scarborough or Portland. I paid the $75 fee, took her to Scarborough. Over $1K later she was diagnosed with vertigo and a double ear infection. The young lady at the desk was amazing, but I felt the medical staff was not helpful and if they would have diagnosed her properly my kitty would have been saved from a lot of added stress and I would have saved a lot of money.

Overall care was very professional, caring, and informative. A few weeks ago we had to bring in our sweet cat Tam for an urgent visit. I called ahead to make an appointment and the tech asked all kinds of questions and was very kind. They took her right away and immediately took her back before we even checked in when we arrived. Dr. Brion took care of us that day, and was very "to the point", informative, and let us know the urgency of the situation we were in but in a caring way. We unfortunately had to put Tam to sleep, but he made the decision easier than it emotionally was by laying out our options logically because we were 100% not expecting the outcome of that day. It all happened so fast, so he knew it was a very tough decision for us to make which I appreciated. Especially not eve
