We got a bearded dragon from here didn’t have him but a week had to take him back because of health issues they did not call us to inform us of anything or when he was ready to come home. When we finally called and got him and took him home he wasn’t home for even 2 weeks and he died… he had a 40 gallon tank a basking lamp and a uvb and everything he needed I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING PETS THERE they will give you false information

Always nice and helpful employees! My dog Kashmir loves the iced cookies! They are cheaper there than any of the other pet stores I’ve been to. They often go on clearance for $1.47 from $3.00! Even better!

The staff is always helpful and love our doggies when we bring them in. I can honestly say Abby is the best trainer around. She has helped us so much with our doodle and can’t wait to take more classes with her.

Yesterday I was struggling to get my dog in a harness while keeping my 5-year-old beside me as people walked past Liz who was on her way out the door said do you need some help I said that would be great I had no idea she was even an employee until she offered to walk me to my vehicle to make sure me puppy and 5 year old got there safely and the other girl I can't remember her name red hair glasses awesome was very helpful as well it is nice to know that there is still great customer service with caring people out there thank you ladies five stars to you yesterday

I went into the store initially just to buy a few crickets to tide over my son's bearded dragon. However, what I was met with was more than a pleasant surprise as the young woman who waited on me was knowledgeable, amiable, and very attentive to my needs. In fact, her knowledge base was strong enough so that although I went in there for a couple of crickets I came out with extra products for my son's bearded dragon that I was otherwise going to have to order online. Job well done!
