He is a mini golden doodle and I am so hurt because of how they cut my dog. They said he was matted so I offered to pay extra for detangling and they refused. I asked them to not cut my dog hair all the way down because I had been told this location does that. My dogs hair may not grow back the same. We purchase him because of his beautiful curly hair now I’m not sure what dog I have. I am angry and disappointed that a grooming place would just wack his hair off. Took my two dogs to get groomed. The staff was phenomenal. Cut exactly how I requested. Picked up two Christmas harnesses which I love! They have a wonderful selection of pet clothing and treats. Was able to find everything I needed. All associates are wonderful and attentive to my fur babies.

I want to shout out Logan for the best customer service I’ve ever had! Went into to get pet food for my dog, she gets the fresh pet in the fridge section, met Logan at check out who noticed the bag was past the expiration date. They kindly went get got me a newer one! It was just so kind to notice the little things, I appreciate you being so aware and helping us out! Thank you

I've taken my Havanese 3 separate times requesting expedited services because of my dogs anxiety. The first time after my dog was groomed, she had a small scab that I didn't notice for about a week because it was so small. The 2nd time I took her with express service, she was with a different groomer and they shaved too close with the clippers and she had another small slab slightly bigger than the last time. I thought well maybe by dog was moving or something, trying to give them the benefit of doubt.. the 3rd time was the final straw, the senior lead tech left a bruise on my dog that was as big as a golf ball, put bows in her ears that got all tangled up and they refused to treat her for her wound the same day when i came up there. I took my dog here to get groomed and was very disappointed I didn’t get what I asked for and not only that they harmed my dog in the grooming process I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and will never be taking my dog here again. These are pictures of what I asked for and what I got.
