Petsmart Grooming in Apex, NC is a great place to take your dogs for grooming. My poodle Teddy has been seeing Missy for over 3 years and she always does an EXCELLENT JOB with him. He looks beautiful and he just loves her. The other staff there are also amazing. I highly recommend this salon.

They cut my dogs ears and they couldn’t finish grooming her.They charged me 91.00 and told me I could reschedule her so they could finish her grooming service at no charge Brought her back in to finish her 2 weeks later and even though the ears were scabby they said they couldn’t finish her so I rescheduled and had to cancel due to Ice storm. went in today as she had next appointment that was going to be in the snow storm the manager told me they probably would not be open but to reschedule and I would have to pay again . I asked her if they had to be certified or licensed to be a groomer and she told me that anyone could pick up a pair of shears and call themselves groomers. Just beware this place is terrible The manager is very snotty and incompetent

Staff seemed nice but I literally never find what I'm looking for here no matter what lol. I think I've been here like 4 times in the 5 years I've lived here and I always leave empty handed and drive to another pet store bc their online stock doesnt match whats in the store. ;-; staff definitely seems very nice though this is a corporate thing for sure

I went to multiple stores looking for a large bag of prescription Royal Canin glycobalance dry cat food and none of the three stores I visited had it. Every store that provides prescription food should minimally keep some in stock. It is more economical and cost effective to purchase a large bag instead of the 4.4lb bag that's not going to last no time.

Great store. Convenient location. Very friendly staff. I go here for all my basic pet supplies including cat litter, dog treats, and pet food. They don't carry a lot of the higher end pet food that you could get at a more specialty store, but it's a much better selection than big-box convenience stores. They also have cats for adoption, so if you're looking for a new furry companion 😉
