Very disappointed to see so many dead fish in their tanks - multiple fish just rotting away. I'd expect better from a pet store, even a big box one.

Fantastic grooming team. Went nice and slow with my nervous dog, made sure to tell them how she is with strangers (we had a mishap at the vet in the past) and she handled it so well because of the extra care and positive affirmations and them taking it slow. 😊 Im sure Rosie's feet feel much better thank you!

I've had this store cut and grind my dogs nails for 8 years. No more, on Sunday I took my dog in, later looking at his nails it appears like they weren't cut at all. Trying to call i was brushed off stating i needed to take this up with the groomer. I paid for something I did not receive. I feel like I was robbed, the money I paid and the tip i gave. I won't be back.

Very helpful pet store with all the amenities you could ask for literally everything you could need for your pet they don't have all the pets like for instance they don't have snakes and I'm sure there's others they don't have but you know they definitely have pretty much everything you could ask for as far as feeding the pet they have a pet clinic and like a place for the pets to stay and you know like a place that grooms and stuff so you know they have all that so it's a good place and they do a good work

Crickets all over the floor, segregated the budgies leaving one alone in a cage which is horrible for them and just dirty in general
