Starting over. My review got lost. You would think that after spending over $1000.00 with the Alpharetta PetSmart to buy a conure with many of it's supplies along with a cage, that the staff would be more helpful than giving me the cold shoulder after telling them the bird was loose, and I was in a disheartening situation. But here's what they told me when I called... First time: "How should we help you?" Second time: "It's not really possible to help you because our store is crowded and we have to be able to run our store." It was only after calling a better PetDmart in Duluth GA, that I got a young girl who took the time on the phone with me, offering helpful tips on how to catch the bird. Love this location! The employees are always kind and helpful, and they do the best grooming every time. I visited the Perimeter location once and was disappointed ،you can really feel the difference، Alpharetta is definitely the best

I brought my dog to PetSmart for his very first grooming appointment and chose the BBFW service, which clearly lists the following: “A premium bath featuring a low-shed shampoo, FURminator de-shedding solution, full blow dry, up to 20 minutes of brushing with the FURminator & undercoat tools, nail trim, ear cleaning, anal gland expression, paw pad trim to neaten the feet, and sanitary trim. This service adds moisture & shine to the coat while reducing shedding up to 90%!” Unfortunately, the experience did not match what was promised. When I picked up my dog, it was immediately obvious that his paw pads and sanitary trim were not done. I called to ask about it and was told that I should have “specified” those services — but why would I need to specify something that is already listed as p

First time visiting this store location. Terrible customer service. Cashier rung me up open a bag and walked away. I'm thinking, "do I bag my own purchase"? Thankfully this store had what I needed. Will not return.

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to PetSmart. I found a betta fish that was clearly dead, and it looked like it had been there for quite some time. It’s unacceptable to see such poor care for the animals. This experience has really made me question the quality of care and attention the pets receive at this store. I hope they take this seriously and improve their standards.
