I’ve been getting my dog groomed by PetSmart for 3 years. We recently moved to PA and this was our first grooming appointment. Maddi gave my baby the BEST care today. She is softer than she has ever felt before (like..whatever you think “soft” is…it’s 10x more than that), her paws are trimmed and pampered to perfection, her nails have never been rounded so well, and don’t even get me started on how good she smells. Somehow on the way home, I noticed she even looked more red (golden retriever)… I was in awe to see her coat look so gorgeous. Maddi’s attention to detail is something i didn’t realize my dog was missing from her past groomers. Joshua provided the best customer service I have ever received from PetSmart. He was kind, patient, and knowledgeable when I asked multiple questions about promos and rewards policy. He made my dog's Chistmas dreams come true!

The girl that helped us in the aquatics department was extremely kind and helpful. She was also very knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. It's refreshing really caring about what they're doing and what they're selling to a customer. She answered every question that we had and was extremely helpful I can't say enough good things about her. I just hope that other locations follow her lead and have the same dedication as she has. Even the cashier was super kind. This location is definitely a win-win. The staff is on the younger side but they really care about what they're doing and are extremely knowledgeable. Good job PetSmart on your hiring capabilities!

First time ever getting my pup groomed and I am so happy! I was so nervous, but Stacy did a great job with him. He usually doesn’t like to leave my side, but she took the time to make sure he was okay. When I picked him up, he looked so handsome and was soooo happy!!! I will definitely be back. All of the girls in the salon were sooo nice as well.

If I could give 0 stars for the grooming I would. This is the second time I've gone to this place and the first time I went she was groomed fine (1st picture), I brought my dog back last week and this is what she came back looking like. There's a literal buzzed line down her arm of a mess up. After calling and the grooming manager saying she looked fine and calling us liars we got a refund from the store manager. After looking at the lower ratings and seeing pictures I would never take my dog back here for grooming. I cannot believe they were comfortable handing her off to me like this. When I got called for pick up the lady even said they had cancellations and we're able to do Chloe sooner. If they had cancellations why does this look rushed and like a new hire did it?
