Dr. Tyler and the entire staff at Maple Hills have always been prompt, caring, informative, professional and compassionate in the care of our sweet Bun bun, Toothless, for the past few years. Even when it came to the sudden and heartbreaking decision to say goodbye. I will never forget their kindness. If and when we are blessed with another Bun we wouldn't go anywhere else. Good people. Compassionate hearts. Professional care. Highly recommend them.

Let me premise this by saying.... DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR PETS!!!!! This place is a terrible daycare for senior dogs. This vet/day care charges a ridiculous amount to give senior dogs medications for a week. We were already paying a lot for his week long stay. Therefore, we decided to not pay $200 extra dollars to have someone at this daycare give our senior dog medications (a literal tablet that could be added to a treat or into his food) for 9 days. Not sure why or how giving a dog a tablet is such a difficult task to perform or how it requires an additional approx. $200 charge to the daycare bill. Now, my family's senior dog is suffering and has been in a lot of pain for the last two weeks since being home. My dog has not been eating and has been defecating and peeing on himse

Dr. Abigail and Nurse Haley are amazing. Dr. Abigail is patient and understanding of both the owner's and pet's needs. They follow up with their patients to ensure your pet is ok. The office does have a Spanish speaking Dr as well, Dr. Ivan, who is also patient and kind. Haley is outstanding at communicating what's going on and I am grateful. Keep up the great work guys! DO NOT TRUST MAPLE HILLS BOARDING – Dishonest, Unprofessional, and Potentially Dangerous I dropped off my healthy, lean cat at Maple Hills Boarding for 6 days. Before the stay, I was told they would provide food. Later, I was informed I’d be charged if I didn’t bring my own—which was fine. I packed 14 cans of high-end wet food, a new large bag of dry food, 12 Churu-style treats, and 3 small bags of treats, clearly meant to be given occasionally. When I picked her up, I was immediately alarmed. She looked visibly heavier, bloated, and uncomfortable. Once home, it was clear she had gained a significant amount of weight. I then noticed that almost none of her food was returned—just two unopened cans and three empty treat bags. That’s it. I called the facility to ask why the rest of her foo
