I took my cat to a grooming salon in leesburg location.When we got back home, I noticed that he kept shaking his head. When I decided to check her ears, I found a large piece of cotton inside his ears and it had been there for few hours. If you love your pet, never take them to this location.
Since my review, we went back to the Grooming dept. and our issues was immediately addressed and take care of. It was done professionally and attentively. We have been taking our dog for full grooming at this location for a while now. We have also taken our dog just for fingernail clippings in between. The last 2 times some of the nails were hardly even clipped. Even though I reiterated to ensure they cut it short, this last time 3 or 4 in the front didn't even look like they were touched. I know sometimes the dogs are moody and they could be a challenge. I would expect to be told that some of the nails were not cut or they had issues with the dog! This time, today, they told me everything went well! The whole thing was no more than 5-10 minutes today! Rush job and perhaps with a new empl
I bought two snails for the aquarium today. I released it into the aquarium at home, and one snail remained floating on the surface. I'll wait. Then I took it out, pushed the lid of the house with my fingernail, and it fell off. The sink was empty inside, and I smelled the disinfectant. It's a great business, scamming customers for $4.
So disappointed with this Petsmart and I will never revisit. I stopped in to check out their bettas and upon reaching the “betta wall” I noticed there weren’t very many to choose from. Looking closer, I noticed that so many of them were very close to dying. The containers were dirty, some laying on their sides on the top and bottom, one with a terrible case of swim bladder, etc. so unbelievably awful that they would have these beautiful fish and not take care of them appropriately. Pictures included.
I shopped here over Christmas. Left my bag of treats. Went back a day later and they honored my word along with my receipt and let me get a new bag.
