1st pet stay for several days everything seemed OK when I picked up my dog. But when I got home I noticed the grooming salon that was supposed to bath her that morning didn’t brush out my dog, didn’t clip her nails, and questionable if they even bathed her. 2nd stay. Opted NOT to get grooming and explained why from last experience. They could have offered to clip her nails for free as a courtesy but no offer was made. Just lame apology. I know it’s not the dog hotel that does the grooming but it’s part of the business as a whole. Gave them two big dog bones for each day my dog was there. Picked up dog. They handed me bag back with 2 packages of sealed dog bones. The whole reason to give dog bones that take a long time to chew is to calm my dog and make my dog comfortable in an di

High praise for this Pets Hotel. First, the good, these are dog people! They love the animals like they are their own even if they are only staying one day. I always get extra perks and love receiving the photos of my dog receiving private story time. Also, one play session, my dog had a seizure and I sincerely appreciated the care and attention the staff showed our dog and us. They are trustworthy and good! My one critique is that sometimes PetSmart fills the hotel to capacity and when they are heavily busy or understaffed, my dog has not received the perks I scheduled. But I’m not charged when that happens, just a little disappointed that my dog didn’t have a premium experience. But all in all, I feel confident taking my dog here and I am happy that this service is available.

My family has been taking our dogs here for quite some time and I now take my own dogs. I have a Pitbull and a Doberman Pinscher who are big lovers but our pit gets pretty anxious when we leave. The last two times we've taken him in I can tell the staff gave him so much extra love and I was worry free on our vacation. The staff also has experience with big dogs which made me feel so comfortable leaving them knowing that they'd be handled correctly. Couldn't recommend this PetsHotel more! If you have 2 dogs and one is a Pit they do not allow the dogs to be in the same suite due to store policy but they can have play time together!

How do I start... I like to keep my reviews short and simple so I'll try my best. I'm just going to say never again. We left our dog here and even at the beginning to check him in was a struggle. We added the training sessions for the length of his stay and the trainer never showed up none of the days, we weren't notified of this. Upon picking him up we asked why we weren't notified and all they said that they don't work with the trainers so they don't know why no trainer showed up and any other questions we had they'll answer with "the girl that helped you is not here today". My question was "If you don't work with the trainers, why are you offering this service when checking in?" At the end I was happy to get him out of there.
