Just got a puppy and was referred to Banfield by Pet Smart. It’s been such an easy process and the employees are all very helpful
I’ve had a lot of great experiences here lately with Dr. Skanes, Anna, and Hanna. They’ve gone above and beyond to help us build a pet care plan that gives us peace of mind. This location isn’t the closest one to my house, but it’s the one I prefer.
Staff always puts our dogs first. Explains options without upselling. This has not been our experience with other Bandfields.
I live closer to the Orland Hills location. Yet the service here in Crestwood is awesome. Staff are always friendly, kind and patient.
