If I could give them no stars I would! We took our dog to get groomed and were only a couple of minutes late picking him up and when we got there the groomers had already left! They didn't call to notify me, and we had to grab the front cashier to get our dog. A courtesy call would have been nice. My dog was stressed and anxious when we picked him up.

This was our first trip in and our first grooming appointment. From the moment we walked in the door, I felt like me and my dog were welcomed and wanted. Everyone from the gentleman at the front counter to the lovely women in the grooming station complimented my dog. The store is neatly laid out and you can see the care and attention to quality in the products and displays. The groomers are friendly and professional and the upsell at the register was delivered smoothly and without pressure to myself. Overall, this was a great experience and we will definitely be back. The only downside, which isn't even really a downside, is they do not have the option to add a tip on your card transaction, but they do offer cash back of 10 or 20 dollars so you can tip.

I walked in here yesterday for a turtle light. There was so many puppies around with their owners shopping as I took 20 min to realized that my turtle light was sold out and I settled with a different type of light that will still make a good sub. I enjoyed seeing owners and their puppies. Everyone was so nice even the puppies. The store was super clean and it was easy to find everything I needed that day. The cashier was super nice, if anything she was too nice XD . I cant wait to go back ! I'm a little fast minded and may take longer in stores than a regular person so I do apologize in advance.

Loved taking my puppy shopping here!! Variety of items to choose from. Fully stocked!! Prices are lower than most other pet stores. The staff all professional and kind.

We had our Sammyboy groomed today and I am over the top pleased and happy with the outcome! It's very evident that Miss Tia is an expert groomer and to top it off she is a complete delight!!!! We will definitely be coming back for her services!!!!
