Petsense by Tractor Supply

My experience was wonderful! They have some many items for varieties of pets. We have 2 dogs, a cat , a cockatiel and a turtle so this is a good place for us to shop. We were out in the Thibodaux area so we wanted to shop here. We normally go to the PetSense in LaPlace. The store is well stocked as was the rest room as well as being clean and attended to. It was also easy for me to use as I use a wheelchair. The store has wide enough aisles to use my wheelchair in also. I loved looking at the other pets waiting for someone to take them home with them. Kudos to the PetSense Mgrs and staff! As a note; We also love our TSC in Laplace.

I hadn't been here before, but I needed to get my dog's nails clipped. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with such warmth! The lady at the grooming station took great care of my pup and had everything done before I knew it! While they are pricier, I’m more than happy to pay a little extra for the fantastic service I received.

The WORST pet grooming ever!! My corgi got his nails cut and that’s all. We paid for both dogs to be groomed, bathed, and extra for deshedding. I hand to give my corgi a bath and clean his ears when he got home. DO NOT use them! I paid 126.00 for a service I had to complete at my house. Very upset!

Go here for odds and ends regular pet stores do not have. Very pricey but that is standard for Tractor Supply Company owned chains. Think it's time to change store front photo. That is not even your store. It's in a shopping center that is way more rundown.

Was not happy with my dogs cut at all. It was chopped up and not a total Groom, a waste of $55. I also emailed the company to explain and they said " thank you we will let the manage know". Why waste my time emailing for that. A refund would have been better since it was a half job.
