When my dog was not feeling well and the Thibodaux clinics wouldnt take him for several days Acadian took him an hour after I called. They communicated a plan to work with my budget and still get him the treatment he needed. The employees were so good with him and being a rescue dog he has boundaries. The very next day they texted me just to check on him. Amazing customer care.
Took my Lab Sally to have her nails trimmed she has a lot of anxiety and they were great with her
Love this place! All the staff members are so friendly and helpful.. Our Basset Hound looks forward to going to the vet for her belly rubs 😂 and our Shepard loves the extra attention he gets also! I love how they will call and check on the animals after a procedure has been done. And reminds us when the dogs are due for heatworm/flea medicine.
Acadian animal hospital was wonderful for my dog after he got into a dog fight. They were the only vet in town who would take us without an appointment and the same day. The care our dog received was fantastic. They worked with his anxiety to make sure that he was as comfortable as possible. We will be brining all of our pets to Acadian from now on.
OMG! We are new Clients and We LOVE the Staff, they are Professional as well as Personable. They took really GREAT care of our Baby Coco Chanel. Can't wait to see them again
