They're cool. It's a pet store a chain one I bought a high-dollar food on recommendation that my dog didn't like it but that's not their fault and my fault for not buying a smaller bag first. I'd go there if I had animals and I was you I do have animals and I do go there so take that and do what you will with it

They do a good job in the back, but the scheduleling is way off. I have been there twice now, both with a scheduled time, and both times they had my pooch for almost four hours. The guy at the register thinks he's all that and the world revolves around his schedule. I will be using someone else or the Lebanon store in the future. A little out of the way to use Lebanon, but a world of difference in customer experience.

Hit or miss whether you’ll find crickets here. They are also not the most affordable option for crickets locally but they get the job done. Staff are generally friendly. Love visiting the cats available for adoption when I stop by. :)

Was told to be there at 9:30 for a nail trim. Just bring our dog’s shot records. We got there and got turned away because at 9:30 the woman said she had absolutely no time to do a nail trim for one dog. Was very rude in the tone of voice and overall attitude. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK FOR GROOMING.

I recently (4/6/23) had my dog groomed through the location in Saint Robert Missouri and when I received my dog back, he smelt like he hadn’t been washed, his hair was uneven everywhere, I specifically asked for his ears to be done and a sanitary and both are still dirty with matting so I know they were not touched. I asked the groomer and she claims she did all these things I’m complaining about and mentioned she could do “better” next time I decide to bring him in when I picked him up. Plus she had him for almost 4 hours! This is honestly the worst job anyone has ever done on my dog. I could’ve done this at home for a fraction of what it costed me to pay this groomer plus now I have to take him to a separate groomer for him to be fixed and pay more!!! I usually am not someone to complai
