Pampered Paws Pet Spa

Having just moved to the area and needing a new groomer for our Pomchi and Brussels Griffon, we decided to try this place. They were AMAZING! They were very attentive to our needs (our Brussels has a seizure disorder and they were very caring and watchful). The boys look great and seemed happy when we picked them up!

A few months ago, I had a negative experience with Pampered Paw regarding an appointment mix-up and shared my frustration in a review. Since then, I decided to give them another chance, and I’m glad I did. My dogs were groomed today, and the service was excellent. They confirmed my appointment the day before, and the staff was friendly and professional throughout the process. Even though I was initially upset, I can confidently say they offer some of the best grooming services I’ve found. I hope this positive experience reflects the direction they’re moving in, and I appreciate the great care they provide. Thank you, Pampered Paw, for the improvement!

We have been bringing our pup, Milo, to Pampered Paws for quite some time now. We have always been thrilled with the work of McKenna, and the photo shoots done after the grooming is complete. We always recommend Pampered Paws to anyone that asks us - we have never been the slightest bit disappointed with their service.
