Great place. Kaitlyn is always helpful, friendly and has a smile on her face. She greets me and asks how my dog Tucker is doing, she remembers his name every time. Kaitlyn is the reason we keep coming back!

I visited your Petsense location at 110 Shallotte Crossing Pkwy, Shallotte, NC 28470 on 7/26/2025 at approximately 10:52AM I was looking at beta fish sitting on the end cap and noticed about 5 containers. 2 containers the betas were swimming around, one had cloudy water, one was floating on the water I’m not sure if it was alive or dead but the first container had a dead beta that had been clearly deceased for a long period of time as it was disintegrating in the water. I took it to the cash register and placed it on the counter and told the cashier that it was dead and disintegrating and she was not concerned whatsoever. I did not see any food in the containers and there was a collection of dust covering the containers so there is no telling how long they have been without food. It is dis
