25MY2024 It’s the pre-grand opening of the Perry location. LOCATION: Its just off I75. It’s located in the strip mall behind TCS. STAFF: As I walked in I was greeted with smiles from Robbin, Sierra and Anthony. They were all so friendly and we even shared some laughs. STORE: Since it’s new, it’s very clean and has everything you need for all types of pets.From dogs and cats to turtles and chickens. As you walk in you find kitty’s for sale and just past them are fish, turtles and bunnies along with other critters. Food: Dry, canned and frozen foods available. There is also a grooming salon. Prices seem reasonable. They also have monthly deals for savings and anything you purchase goes toward your TSC reward account!

I used to bring my dogs here to get groomed, then my 2 groomers (Sarah and Sara, THE BEST) left suddenly without notice and they got 2 women back there that clearly don't like dogs. My dogs has never EVER been aggressive, but as soon as I dropped her off I was called to pick her up because she "couldn't move forward" with her. I ended up not leaving either because I wasn't leaving my tiny toy poodle baby if they couldn't even handle my NON-AGGRESSIVE golden doodle. WOW, DO NOT BRING YOUR DOGS HERE!

I took my dogs here to have their nails trimmed and the staff were above and beyond amazing! The previous groomer we had taken our dogs too had been so awful and we had such a poor experience that I was hesitant to take them somewhere new. Sarah and Sara were so kind, they listened to my story about my previous poor experience and they loved on my dogs and were very reassuring that they would take care of them. They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend taking your dogs to them for any of your grooming needs!

Petsense is a great store with fantastic employees who love animals. Today is Sam's birthday and they sell cute dog cookies perfect for any day or special celebrations!

Absolutely awful experience at PetSense. We dropped our dog off for a grooming appointment at 12:30, and from the very beginning, it was clear that the staff was completely disorganized. No one seemed to know what was going on, and the check-in process felt chaotic. What should have been a simple grooming took over 5 hours, which is already excessive—but it gets worse. When we finally picked up our dog, she smelled terrible—like actual poop—and was still soaking wet. On top of that, they gave her back to us with someone else’s collar on, which is not only careless but also dangerous. To add insult to injury, they charged us over $90 for this disaster. For that price, you’d expect at least a clean, dry dog—not one that smells worse than when she went in.
