Staff was very friendly and caring, they treat each customer like family and will go into detail with any questions that you may need. The prices for the products that they have are reasonable.

The manager saw me pull up as he was going to lock up to close. Instead of closing the door, he held it open for me and let me get the food I needed for my snake. That type of kindness is rare. The staff is also incredibly knowledgeable about pet care as a whole. 6 stars if I could!

We had our Great Pyrenees groomed today by Maliyah in the Ocean Springs store and she looks great thank you so much 😊 . Highly recommended!

So this review is actually about a product thats sold here not about the actual store itself. Banixx is the name of the product and WOW is this stuff AMAZING!!! My poor doggie (bully),has skin issues weather it be allergies, yeast, dry skin, you name he has it. This 1 time he had an awful rash, his entire undercarriage was broke out in hives. Even after a visit to the vet and his allergy shot he was still broke out and just miserable 😢. I tried a BUNCH of products and NOTHING was helping I then found Banixx (spray) and figured id give it shot but if in 2 days it wasn't any better he was going back to the vet. Well thankfully by day 3 of consistently applying the spray with my hand BC hes scared of the sprying motion the hives weren't only better they were almost COMPLETELY GONE!!! I was ve
