DO NOT BRING YOUR DOGS HERE!!!!!! They borderline abused my dog and I witnessed by the grace of God. I dropped him off early morning and 4 hours had passed and no communication on their end so, I went up there to see what was going on. As I arrived, they said he wasn’t ready so as I was waiting, I peaked behind the curtain and they were pulling my dog by his hair on his face, pulling his ears and manhandling him in a very VERY inappropriate/ aggressive way. I was mortified and demanded them to give me my dog RIGHT THEN AND THERE even though he was not done. The owner tried to go back-and-forth with me, which is very unprofessional. She was very rude and said some very out-of-pocket things… absolutely will not be retuning and will spread the word on multiple platforms to get this out becaus

I just tried calling and when the woman answered she was really rude when I said hello (the call was breaking up a bit and I was making sure we could hear each other) and was just very dismissive and disrespectful when I tried asking questions.

Hi! I'm leaving this review to help inform future customers about my experience with this service. When I looked over the reviews for Pampered Pets, they were all positive and had me confident to leave my dog in their hands...unfortunately my experience was less than positive. I brought my dog in for a full groom on Tuesday (11/2). He is a 1yr old Mini Aussie, which is a double coated breed and he has sensitive skin. When I called ahead to make an appointment, I asked if they had experience with this breed and they quickly responded with a "yes". It was my first time using this grooming service, so I expected the front desk personnel to be patient with me as I went over what I wanted done. That was not the case. She was very abrasive and dismissive. She rushed me to tell her what I wanted

I've used pampered Pets now for 3 years could be longer. I had gone to one in sangani very pricy the other was & gouged my dogs numerous times. Pampered Pets has been great with mine. Cut is tad off at tines, but prefer a little off then gouges by far!! Great work

I took my dog to the groomers and just like Cindy my dog came back shaved and his groin area was red and ready to bleed. It was pathetic. I was so angry, but I didn’t write a review I didn’t say anything, I just put medication on him and he healed up but I will never ever take him there again. And I agree with the owners behavior also that Cindy stated that she was in a hurry, and had a very bad attitude. My biggest regret is I didn’t post a bad review so at least somebody else wouldn’t have to go through the same thing I went through. I’m very sorry about that and hopefully nobody else will have to go through this. Take your fur babies to someone that won’t scalp them and burn their skin
