It is a cute & clean place over all. Have very few animals there for purchase or adoption but they have a ton of supplies and offer services, like grooming/pet care.

Petsence has really been going downhill quick lately. First off, I hardly ever shop there as it is because they either don’t have items available or their prices are sky high. Recently I have been here twice in the last month and both times have been a negative experience. The first time I went in the see their Bettas, they had 3 end caps stocked and ALL of them were dirty, I even seen 1 in particular that was extremely sick that I brought to an associates attention and he just seemed like he didn’t know what to do with it. I asked who maintains the fish and he said he “didn’t know, morning crew?”.
