Petsense by Tractor Supply

So took my dog there for a bath, cut and trim. Well let's say I'm not the happiest customer in the world and definitely want me taking her back there. I asked for a 4 inch cut, they gave her a 1/2 inch cut, made her bald underneath ( it's freaking still cold outside) and did something to her face and ears. Not the way I asked or wanted them for a bill of 91.00 dollars. Wish I could post pictures of. What I wanted and what they did,

After taking my dog and spending way too much just to have him bathed at Barkers dog Grooming in Lenoir I was not pleased with the results after they kept him for 5 hours. something told me to take him to Petsense in Lenoir just because I was told that they couldn’t do clean poodle feet on him cause he was too scared and I chose to stay there while they attempt to get him used to getting clean feet. Well when I take my standard poodle to Petsense, they ask me have everything been done just to confirm that all they needed to do is give him clean feet! for some odd reason, Casey asks to check my dog! She took a look at his ears and informs me that barkers grooming of Lenoir did Not clean his ears but charged me. Casey also pulled clogs of dirty cotton swabs out of his ears and he havent even

I took my poochon here for a trim and they charged a dematting fee, but still shaved him extremely short. If they were going to shave him down anyway, I don’t understand the point of the dematting charge. They also nicked both of his ears, which now have scabs. Overall, not a good experience and I won’t be coming back.

Just want to shout out Casey and Kassi for being wonderful groomers for my terror. lol. They are very patient with my Moxie as she is not a very sociable pup. They are both caring and reassuring with Moxie. Won’t take Moxie anywhere else but to either one of them. Thanks yall

Very friendly atmosphere. Our dog was very welcomed as we browsed the store. Would definitely recommend this location.
