Petsense by Tractor Supply

I love the staff here at petsense I don't know all their names but they are so awesome,friendly and welcoming they love on my Chihuahua each time I bring her in. So I'm never afraid of leaving her with them. Also to kudos to the groomer Terry who gave her excellent report card and the TLC. See y'all in 6 weeks.

Outstanding that someone got common sense to add a pet store and in Jacksonville. Now I don’t have to drive to Cabot or NLR. This place is new so of course it’s clean and well organized with now weird funny smell of animals. Thanks to whomever came up with the funds to put a pet store here, cause Walmart don’t carry fish for pets anymore. The staff here is awesome, hands down. I give this location 5 💫’s …. All Jacksonville is missing now is more Restaurants “Cheddar's, Dick’s BBQ, Jack N the Box, WhatABurger”

I was really let down by the grooming. My dog’s ears weren’t cleaned even though I specifically asked, and the trim felt rushed. Only his body and feet were done while his head and ears were left untouched. Sorry, but I won’t be bringing him back here.

I bring my yorkie for his grooming. They always treat us right and nice! Great prices too. It is also nice getting his grooming done then being able to also buy his food, toys etc..

Love the selection, but very pricey. Customer Service was awesome.
