Petsense by Tractor Supply

I am extremely disappointed with the grooming department. It was my first time here, and most definitely my last. They butchered my dog! Her hair is choppy and uneven throughout the entire body! I recently moved here, and didn’t want to drive an hour and 15 minutes to my typical groomer. After this experience I will. The people in the grooming department at PetSense are completely unqualified! I don’t normally leave reviews, and I’m not one to complain. However, when it comes to my dog I will speak up!

The groomers were great open and honest.

Straight up bait and switch. The second dog wash cost 33% more than the first one 3 weeks earlier. Online pricing didn't match what they said on the phone, then was even higher once they rang it up after service. "Prices went up" and "You're not the first person to complain about that this week" were the responses I got. Ok then! I've had my dog 7 weeks and brought her to the groomers 3 times already. PetSense will get no more of my business. Receipt shows what they actually charged (way more than they stated beforehand!) for standard bath & brush with shed release shampoo for my short haired Boxer.

This 1 star review is specifically for the GROOMING portion of Petsense ONLY. The groomer did a terrible job grooming my Maltipoo. She completely failed to address a small matted area on my dog's tail that I had pointed out to her when I dropped my dog off. In addition, the overall trim was uneven and looked choppy. Needless to say, this was my first AND last visit to Petsense Grooming. Let this review serve as a warning to others of the subpar nature of this grooming service.

Very helpful and professional. They do dog grooming. There are cats available for adoption from the local shelter. The staff is very knowledgeable about their food and pet products.
