We took our new cat that was feral. They did an impeccable job. Our cat came back shiny as can be, calm, and nails cut beautifully. He had a flea treatment and came back flea free. They took all of our concerns into play and worked with us. Would 100% recommend this groomer!

Very expensive groomers, and although after calling they refunded me, I feel they should know better. Just moved here and decided to choose them, even though there very expensive. Convenient location. I brought both of my dogs for grooming. Flea bath, nail trimming as well. They came out nice. My husky, was obvious as she is white, but still after almost 7 hrs, didn't look at all as I asked, but left it. Wanted it shorter.... My Belgium Malinoise is very short hair and looked the same to me, even her nails. Again, it was almost closing and didn't want to fuss. Next day had to take my dog to vet. Her ear once permanent and up is now ruined, saggy and bent. (Before and after pic enclosed) All due to filling ears full of water and my dog having to forcefully shake her head. STILL, NOT HAPPY.

Excellent grooming service. Our groomer, Kim, was awesome. She was very talented, kind and experienced. Thank you for making our dog feel safe during his time there.

Wonderful, wonderful service by all employees at this location. I took my dog to get a nail trim with Kimberly at the salon. She treated my dog like one of her own and found me the best deal. Won’t go anywhere else!! Thank you Kimberly!!

After shopping here for years and joining their club program with the promise of a free bag a dog food, we met the requirements and were told the next bag was free. When we went in, we were told one more to go. Okay, fine a simple mistake - no biggie.Just went in and was told 9 more bags to go. NEVER GOT THE FREE ONE! I was so angry, I gave a one star review. They reached out and made good on the promotion, so I changed it to a 4 star review. It shouldn't have been a issue in the 1st place, but I do appreciate the customer service and the lady that helped me on the phone was an excellent service rep. Thank you!
